Penguin Woodcarving Raffle

On September 15, woodcarver, Matt Smith, visited NCMS to put his talents on display. Throughout the day Smith gave demonstrations to students carving a penguin, an eagle and a fish. Despite the cold and wet weather, everyone enjoyed watching Smith at work!

Smith donated his works to the NCMS Art Department, which our Art Aides have been painting. Now, we are raffling them off and YOU have the chance at winning!

Our first raffle will be of our penguin and will run until Friday, December 2. Tickets cost 50¢ and will be available during students' lunch period.
